This guy showed up as a stray yesterday and hung out all day. We ordered pizza from Domino’s and when the delivery guy showed up Shelley, Nelson and the Visitor went running out to “welcome” him to the driveway. I was explaining that the Visitor didn’t belong to us and Domino’s Guy looked down and said: “Hershey?” And I swear that dog said “Hey Dude!”.Seems Hershey had belonged to an ex-girlfriend but appeared to have fallen on hard times, Domino Guy said he had lost a lot of weight and was missing a collar. He asked if I would hang on to him until he got off at 11:30 and he would come back and get him – and he was a man of his word. Hershey was excited to see him again. I hope things work out better for Hershey at his new house. He was a sweet dog.
